This Privacy Policy explains how The Beast in Me Art ("we", "us") handles personal information in connection with thebeastinme.art (the "website").
Information we collect: if you use our contact form or join a waiting list, we collect the information you provide, such as your name and email address, and (for a waiting list signup) the collection you are interested in. If you email us directly, we hold the content of that correspondence.
How we use it: we use this information to respond to enquiries, and to notify you when a collection you have joined the waiting list for becomes available to buy. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
Purchases and Etsy: the Through Their Eyes collection is currently sold through our Etsy shop. When you follow a "Buy on Etsy" link from this website, you leave our website and the transaction, and any personal or payment information you provide, is handled by Etsy under Etsy’s own privacy policy. We do not receive or store your payment details.
Data storage: enquiry and waiting-list information is stored securely and kept only for as long as reasonably necessary to deal with your enquiry or waiting-list request. Some non-essential preferences may be stored in your browser’s local storage; this stays on your own device and is not transmitted to us.
Your rights: you can ask us at any time what information we hold about you, or ask us to correct or delete it, by emailing us at the address on our Contact page.
This policy may be updated from time to time as our business develops.
Questions about any of these policies can be sent to [email protected].
