Choosing the Right Size for Your Wildlife Art

How A3, A2 and A1 each change the way a piece feels in a room.

Choosing the Right Size for Your Wildlife Art

Choosing the right print size can completely change how an artwork feels in a room.

The Beast in Me Art prints are available in three standard sizes: A3, A2 and A1. Each works differently depending on your space and the effect you want to create.

A3: 29.7 × 42 cm

A3 is the most understated option.

It works well on smaller walls, shelves and gallery walls, or in areas where you want the artwork to complement the room rather than dominate it.

It is also a good choice if you plan to display several pieces together.

A2: 42 × 59.4 cm

A2 provides a balance between impact and versatility.

It is large enough for the detail in the artwork to become prominent while still fitting comfortably into most rooms.

For many homes, A2 works particularly well above a sideboard, console table, desk or smaller sofa.

A1: 59.4 × 84.1 cm

A1 is designed to make a statement.

At this size, details become much more noticeable and the artwork can become a central feature of the room.

It works particularly well above larger furniture, on feature walls and in open-plan spaces.

One simple rule

Before choosing, mark the dimensions on your wall using masking tape.

Stand back and look at the space from where you would normally enter or sit in the room. It is one of the easiest ways to understand how the finished artwork will feel.

If you are choosing between two sizes, larger artwork often creates a stronger, more intentional result than a print that is too small for the wall.
